This is the recruitment notebook we use at Casa for CenteringPregnancy. All the pages are placed in 1/2 to 1 inch ring binder with page protectors. You can use this for something to start from at your site and change it to meet your needs. Get rid of the Spanish and/or English if you don't need it. Put photos of your staff and your Centering room or your incentives. Put your own photos of your participants in it. It is a Powerpoint so potentially it could be a looping Powerpoint in the lobby or on a computer in a room. I use it all the time to talk to my patient about Centering. It is in different attachments because the photos make the file 72 MB if it was all together. Just download each one and it can be put into one document by cutting and pasting the slides. The last three files are in the next post as I can only do 7 attachments per post. |

Some Activities Around STI's: Keeping Myself Safe and Healthy Giant Microbes: Can put the following photos in a basket and have participants draw them out of the basket one by one and read on the back what the microbe is. Then you read the following Stand Up activity. The photos of the microbes can be printed, write on the back what it is and then laminate them. They can also be purchased on Amazon or Giantmicrobes.com as stuffed objects More in next post. Recruitment Notebook for Parenting--Similar to the one for Pregnancy, but adapted for Parenting. It is a Power Point presentation. Each page can be printed and put in a page protected and 1/2 inch binder. I encourage to use your own photos. The photos of the providers are the ones I used for Pregnancy, so not FNPs, PNPs, Family Practice Providers, etc. You need to put your own provider's photos in, if you like this format.
