New Staff Training

I am looking for advice on how other facilities teach staff that are new to the organization about what Centering Pregnancy is and how it works. I am interested in a video we can show new staff or a document they can review. These staff won't necessarily be facilitating but they could be closely working with the facilitators (scheduling, taking patient phone calls etc.).
