I feel like this is happening again. I have sent out EE surveys for our Centering facilitators to complete – many are reporting that they have completed the survey however the only responses reflected appear to be from myself and one of our midwives. The others still say “In Progress.” Is it possible the others just aren’t viewable? The head midwife of our centering program states she completed it, and I believe her, but it is not reflected on the Centering Counts website and still says “in progress” next to her name. I am planning on submitting this report next week but am hesitant to do so if only two EE surveys are accounted for. Hi Chelsea, that is really strange - I'm so sorry it's not working smoothly for you! I will email you so we can connect. It sounds like something is preventing the survey data from communicating back to the system. I think if you send me the email of your colleague that said she completed it, I can ask our IT folks to look and see what is happening. Thanks for your patience : )

Question from one of the clinics I'm working with: is there a delay in surveys going out once they have been sent? Not that's been reported recently. Two things we do know: - Check spam!
- Some clinic/hospital systems block email from any URLs that are not "whitelisted" and identified as safe and necessary for work
