UPDATE: As of 7/31/19 at 12:45 EDT the navigation is working fine and saving comments.
We are experiencing a navigation and load-time issue with the Create Annual Report process and should have it fixed this week. If you are submitting for a 7/31 deadline please hold off for now. Thanks for your patience while we correct this functionality!
Hi Tanya - This may be completely unrelated, but my health outcomes report function is not generating any data - everything says 0.
Hi Rachel - we were aware of that issue last week and has been tested and fixed. You may need to clear your browser's cache in case it is loading a previously cached page. If you are still having the issue, let me know and we can troubleshoot next week when my IT wizard is back!
I cleared the cache and there is still no data in the health outcomes report.
Oy, ok! One last question - was there data there before? It will only pull data from "completed" groups. I assume there was but have to ask! If there was, I'll flag it for follow-up on Monday. Rest assured, your data is there though!

I have heard from two different sites about another annual report issue. Under the Group Data tab, the number of groups completed in the reporting period appears not to be counting correctly. When I spoke with one coordinator, I verified that she had 3 groups that have an end date in the reporting period and are marked completed, but her report is showing only 1, so that sounds like a tabulation error.
