One of the clinics I'm working with reported that only some people are receiving surveys when they should have been sent to everyone on the list. It is not going to their spam folders. The clinic has been able to send them out by sending a few at a time, but I'm wondering if this is a glitch that others have experienced.

We are not award of an issue but will look into it! It would be helpful to know which site, which survey (staff, EE, both) and which email addresses did not receive the email. That can be emailed to me, thanks!
