Anyone run groups with 2 billing providers? (e.g. MD + PhD)

Greetings! My psychologist colleague and I are planning group medical visits, and she and I both hope to bill. She would use a group therapy code (96164), and I (as an MD) would likely use 99213. Does anyone have experience running groups with two billing providers? How do you bill/chart/schedule? Thanks for any thoughts/tips you can share! Also, we don't plan on double counting the time. She will use about half the time to bill, and then I will bill for the remaining half. We don't want to "double dip." Thanks!
