Hello everyone, Last year, when recruitment numbers were at it's lowest during the summertime, and due to the Pandemic, I had reached out to local media asking if by chance they would like to write an article about our Virtual CenteringPregnancy program. Two months ago, they finally came thru and today, we received the link to the article! In the article, CenteringPregnancy is introduced to the readers, with a focus on the positive impact the program has had on patients during the Pandemic. The articles include interviews with the patients as well. In case you would like to read the article: Pregnancy is Better, Together
Two other articles written about our CenteringPregnancy program during the Pandemic: Community Thru a Pandemic
Creating Community While Preparing For BabyLastly, I've created an Instagram account to promote Centering as well as post useful information for my patients. @centeringhelen Recruitment numbers have improved since last Summer. Still, having the community learn about CenteringPregnancy is exciting to say the least. Who else has reached out to local media to help with Marketing your CenteringPregnancy clinic during the Pandemic? Does anyone else use Social Media to promote your clinic? Has anyone else used other methods to spread the word about CenteringPregnancy? If so, how? Helen

What great coverage, this is fabulous! Our media team is out this week but I know will be exited to see these. Thanks for sharing Helen!
And with incredible outcomes:
"Since 2015, more than 250 women selected CenteringPregnancy as their prenatal care through the UNC Midwives practice in Chapel Hill. So far, the program has seen 97 percent of babies born at or after 37 weeks, 99 percent of babies leaving the hospital breastfeeding and 100 percent of patients reporting high satisfaction."
