CME Credits Available for Centering Facilitation Workshops

We are thrilled to partner with the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), our new CME sponsor for education credits for our Facilitation workshops. CHI is committed to providing resources that ensure quality implementation and supporting continuous learning for Centering sites. Participants who attended and completed our Facilitation workshops from February 10, 2021, will receive retroactive credits towards their licensing requirements. The approved credits are:

Basic Facilitation Workshop – 18.0 Credit Hours

Advanced Facilitation Workshop – 7.5 Credit Hours
