It's exciting that we have been getting more Branding and Marketing/Promotion requests from sites. We would like to remind you that licensed sites have access to graphics, resources and guidelines they can use in their marketing, communication and promotion efforts. Our goal is to maintain Centering brand consistency and provide marketing support for all our practice sites. On the portal, check under Resources and select Centering Branding: Logos, Graphics and Marketing Guidelines
We also developed a Centering social media toolkit to support your patient outreach efforts. Access it here.

Hey Liz!!! Susan in Little Rock, AR We need to add a new person to access branding, etc. (I also need to make significant changes to our contacts from staff turnover) I don't remember how to do any of that! Can y'all point me in the right direction?

In general the best place to go with questions like these is to email help@centeringhealthcare.org One of our Practice Service Representatives will get back to you the same day to assist you.
Here are the answers to your questions:
To give someone access of the graphics, logos etc., you just need to give that person your site license number, so that they can create a login for the portal on our website. Once on the portal they will see the "Resources" section on the right hand side of the screen. Under resources, they would click on "Centering Branding: Logos, Graphics and Marketing Guidelines."
To make changes in your contacts, log into the portal on the website. You'll see the grey toolbar that will say "Susan's Dashboard" on the left. On that same toolbar, but further to the right click on "My profile." On the bottom right you'll see "Manage contacts." Click on that and you can make your staff changes.
