Three cheers to the March of Dimes of NY State and the Health Foundation of Western & Central NY for sponsoring this one day workshop. The agenda includes an opportunity to examine the challenges sites are experiencing and brainstorm practical solutions along with sharing your success stories on what Centering has meant to moms & babies as well as the OB staff. We will also be demonstrating the new Intake Group format. This is a great way to introduce group care to moms in a Centering manner and hopefully decrease the time needed for recruitment. Other topics to be covered include: the latest Centering research, addressing enhanced reimbursement through advocacy and facilitation dilemma's. It certainly will be a day filled with practical suggestions and uplifting momentum. Please plan to attend! Genie Rotundo, MS, RN, LCCE, FACCE Centering Healthcare Consultant
