One of the foundations of Centering® is coming together and building community. As an organization we also believe in and value conversations, partnerships and collaboration. In our Centering groups, safe space is created for open dialogue on breastfeeding - where all families and choices are heard. Next week marks the beginning of Breastfeeding Awareness Month and we've come up with this message for our own breastfeeding awareness campaign:
Coming together with like-minded partners for the common goal of sustainable & safe breastfeeding for all families.
Keeping this message in mind and our values at heart, we have partnered with MomsRising to co-host two Twitterchats in August and launch a Thunderclap. We invite you to join us in these opportunities. We also have made pre-made graphic available for you to use to promote these events. For all the campaign details and graphics, click here. Here are the quick highlights:

#CenteringTogether for the common goal of sustainable & safe breastfeeding for all families
Be sure to share this link by posting it on social media and emailing it to friends, family, co-workers.....everyone!
What is a Thunderclap? It is a very simple crowd-sourcing platform that helps people be heard. It allows a single message to be mass-shared so it rises above the noise of your social networks. When audiences share the same messages at the same time, their friends and followers are likely to take notice. Think of it as an online flash mob or an online game of “Telephone.”
