Once the awardees have been determined, we will look at how many facilitators from each site need to be trained and group awardees together geographically. We will work with awardees to determine convenient dates and locations. Our goal is to have all the workshops take place a reasonable driving distance from each awardee so that participants do not need to overnight. If we need to schedule multiple workshops to train all the facilitators in one area, that will allow for more date choices.
If one awardee is not near any others, we will bring the workshop on-site. If one awardee has enough facilitators to fill its own 15- or 25-person workshop, we may bring a workshop on-site.

For sites with multiple new group care models rolling out (CenteringParenting, CenteringPregnancy, other CenteringHealthcare populations), it may be helpful to consider 6 - 8 total facilitators per model/care type.
