In October of 2017, our organization announced an aggressive five year growth plan to expand access to the Centering model of group healthcare throughout the nation, and especially in under-served communities. We identified two major growth initiatives:
~Offer technical assistance and implementation services to 130 eligible sites - primarily in FQHCs and community health centers - eliminating the financial barrier to those in resource-limited communities.
~Establish and place staff in regional offices, starting with pilots in Houston, TX and Cleveland, OH, to support Centering practices and focus on stakeholder and payer engagement.
With our expansion comes change and new opportunities! We are thrilled to share our new organizational roles, highlight the amazing people who are leading these changes and announce new job opportunities to join our team.
