CHI Is Hiring Four Part-time State Program Managers

The State Program Manager (SPM) is responsible for driving the expansion of the Centering model at healthcare practices within their state through exceptional customer service and engagement with key stakeholders in the provider and payer communities. This position focuses on building relationships and providing technical expertise. Due to the local nature of this work we are seeking four candidates with each located in Mississippi, Louisiana, Indiana, and Michigan.
