Maybe you can show Jon and I what you are trying to do, I just changed the group start date of an established group this morning and it worked fine. I did move it to a later date, though.

That's the limitation, you can only move the first group forward to a later date but not back to an earlier date.

Right now that is a reason for removing a patient from a group, not for missing a session. Ah yes, now I remember. I was recording a patient absence and it seemed a natural workflow to indicate the transfer of care at this point. Perhaps a solution would be to provide this option here also and, when it's selected, ask if you would like to remove the patient from this group?

Without having seen the new online format, one thing that I hope is changed from the Excel worksheets is on the Health Outcomes. I would wish for Birth weight to be reported in grams rather than converted to lbs & oz. Our delivery reports list birth weight in grams, so this is just one additional step for me to have to convert it to enter the data for each delivery. I know it is something small, but something that I've always thought about then entering monthly outcomes on the spreadsheets Thanks!

In addition to adding a group start time field we would also need a group end time field. We probably also should include a standard group length field (90,120 mins) that is applied to all sessions when they are created but can be overridden. That would probably address Amy Donaldson's requirement for combining sessions 1 & 2 into a single long session.

I would also suggest adding add a room / space / resource selection field to the Create Group screen. Just as we need to schedule our meeting rooms at CHI, it would be helpful to know which group space a group is assigned to. This becomes important to sites with multiple group spaces so they can book concurrent groups and print room schedules.

In the delivery/outcome, it would be helpful to have the option of entering the birth weight in pounds and ounces.
Also, once a patient is delivered, when you mark them as "Absent-Delivered" it would be fabulous if the rest of the sessions could auto-populate to reflect that.
I believe you are already working on a way to show that first sessions are not "absent" when a mom transfers into the group late.

ability to upload pictures of staff, group members, icons/avatars to make system more fun
report outcomes by provider

More of a bug than anything else: I just had a patient experience IUFD and when I try to input her outcome - if I click "no" when asked if live birth, the outcome isn't saved and the red/green light doesn't change.
Also, when you are inputting outcome information, complications during pregnancy or that might precipitate delivery might be worth while - pre-eclampsia or cholestasis of pregnancy.etc.

Complications we will consider for the phase 2 enhancements!

Is there a way to turn the outcomes green or another color once they have been completed?

Is there a way to turn the outcomes green or another color once they have been completed? We just made this fix and it should be rolled out momentarily! The button does turn from red to green.

Would be nice to have the ability to add blackout dates- i.e holidays, clinic closings, weekends.
Also- would be VERY helpful to correct the date interval when adding sessions, as it currently is separating the added sessions by 10 days instead of 14.
