We recently updated the CenteringPregnancy Facilitator's Guide and we will soon launch the NEW CenteringHealthcare Facilitator's Guide - a framework for starting Centering groups for other health conditions and patient populations. One of the changes we are excited about is the addition of the Mindfulness section. Research shows that having a mindfulness practice can deepen our sense of well-being, fulfillment and happiness. In the new Guides, we've added a section that includes a variety of mindfulness exercises that can be used as an opening, closing or woven into a Centering group. The Centering Three Breaths is a popular and favorite exercise. In recognition of Stress Awareness month, we wanted to share a recording of it with you.
