Infant Mortality Summit in Cincinnati, OH -- Dec 11 & 12

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to make sure everyone within the Ohio Centering Network is aware that the Infant Mortality Summit will be in Cincinnati, OH this year, on December 11 and 12. Registration is FREE but still required so enough material is prepared. The registration information is in the attachment (see below).
I do not yet have a finalized itinerary for the summit but will send it out once I receive it.
I was wondering if anyone who plans on attending is interested in meeting up before (for breakfast) or after (for happy hour) to meet each other and talk a bit about Centering? I'd love to meet as many people as possible and learn about your Centering strategies and experiences.
I hope many of you can join us. If you can spread the word, that would be great too!
