Hi - We share our Centering space with nursing staff, so we need to have an exam table that can be easily folded and stored in a closet when we're not doing Centering. Any suggestions for a specific cot that has worked well for Centering groups? Hoping for something that is not too low to the ground and able to hold our heavier patients.
Thanks! Leah

Leah We have been using a massage table. It is a good height. We use regular twin sheets which fit well.

I am checking on one we have recommended before, I think it was an LL Bean camping cot. It was sturdy and easy to store. I'll post back when I have the details!

Our friends at Univ. of FL say go on Amazon and get a folding massage table w/ weight load of 500 lbs, they love theirs! I see one for as low as $109. I hope this helps and that some others chime in.
