Hello Michigan Consortium,
I've joined CHI as the State Program Manager for Michigan and wanted to introduce myself. In this role, I will serve as an on-the-ground resource for practice sites and stakeholders - supporting engagement, collaboration and the expansion of Centering across the State. I look forward to working with each of you!
As a starting point, I wanted to gauge interest in organizing an in-person Michigan Consortium meeting. We are looking for a host site and also volunteers to help plan the agenda. If you are interested in participating, please reply to this thread or contact me directly via email (econklin@centeringhealthcare.org).
