Hi Everyone,

I am excited to be on Centering Connects. I have a quick question regarding social support surveys. We want to measure how the patients have better social support after completing Centering.

Any ideas of which social support survey to use or questions that would make a good pre and post.

At least a couple studies have been done on this - I wonder if any of the authors would share the survey they used?
