All, As I prepare my self-assessment for my annual review, I wanted to share a fun accomplishment, and also give others a moment to shine! Does anyone have any Accomplishments and Impacts they would like to share? In the spirit of full disclosure, I learned of this technique at my advanced facilitator training with Sunshine in Chicago back in October of 2018. Best, Jo Major Accomplishments and Impact Statement Description: Designed and divided Sessions into 11 (10+ PP Reunion) plastic containers. Impact: Staff members were able to quickly and easily access materials leading to more rapid and accurate preparation. This is also in direct support of our program goal to improve work flow for facilitator satisfaction, and, in turn, for improved patient satisfaction.

I love this thread and your inspiration, thank you Jo!! The organizer in me just loves your colored boxes. Isn't is amazing how a seemingly small change can have such a big impact? All we need is a great idea and a little time...
I will continue thinking about what I might share here, nothing is coming to me quickly but I will continue to ruminate on it and come back with something to share. I hope others take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to share, be lifted up and maybe find a new idea : )
