Hi All,
Does anyone have any recommendations on where to look for grant opportunities to support the continued implementation of Centering? We have had Centering up and running for about 10+ yrs, but we are currently facing some challenges as a prior grant that supported the role of our co-facilitator has ended. I am thus looking for new funding opportunities that can support HR costs for a co-facilitator (medical assistant, nurse, or health educator) as well as some supplies, food, etc, for the groups.
Please let me know if anyone has suggestions on funding opportunities.
Thanks, Emily

Hi Emily, Other sites have had luck with several kinds of supporters: - Insurers: many payors have a philanthropic division interested in investing in health care cost saving programs like Centering
- Philanthropy: organizations like United Way & March of Dimes
- Maternal Child Health: orgs like your city/state government (DOH or public health), Perinatal Quality Collaborative
- Your hospital/health system development department
I'll keep thinking and hopefully others will chime in soon!

I want to add a couple other resources I've heard of providing funding to support Centering programs:
