Hello Everyone!

Our next quarterly consortium meeting will be 12/6 from 10 am - 1 pm. We will be in the Monmouth/Ocean room at the Central New Jersey Family Health Consortium in North Brunswick.Same location as the consortium in September. We will have a call in feature and details will be sent for that in an upcoming email. The consensus was to discuss "Patient Engagement" during this upcoming consortium meeting.

A big thank you to everyone that participated in our last NJ Consortium meeting. We were able to cover a lot of topics involving Patient Engagement. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and experience with Centering. I've included all of our post its below as well as the group photo. I'm excited for what 2020 will bring to NJ when it comes to Centering. I am working with CJFHC on getting a copy of the video we took that we can upload to Centering Connects. It will be on this thread once it is posted.
