I am having trouble adding a provider to CenteringCounts. When I put their name and data in and hit submit it just spins and does nothing. Not sure what else to do? Sheri Holm |

Hi Sheri,
It sounds like a local internet/system issue - I just added staff in our testing account and it's working fine. Are you on the same computer and browser that has worked fine before?

I am also having trouble adding a new group. When I go to select a provider, which I have done before, she does not come up. I have tried several times. This is very frustrating. Can someone please help me with this?

Can someone please help me with this? Hi Laurie, I just tested creating a new group and adding facilitators and it is working fine for me. If you type the first letter of the name you are looking for, the system should give you names in a dropdown that start with that letter. Make sure the person is in your staff list and has a role of staff or provider facilitator. If this has worked fine for you before, are you on a different computer or network? |

I figured it out. I was listed as the Centering coordinator and the doctor was listed as the Centering director so it would not add us for a group! Grrrr.  |

I figured it out. I was listed as the Centering coordinator and the doctor was listed as the Centering director so it would not add us for a group! Grrrr. I'm glad you figured it out, phew! Make sure all of your facilitators have a facilitator role - they can have multiple roles as well. Thanks! |

What about giving additional members access to Centering Counts? I added a staff member with the "Create CenteringCounts user" boxed checked and permission for "full access" per the FAQ instructions but she hasn't been able to log into Centering Counts.
