Process for getting BP cuffs, scales, etc. to patients

Hi all,
I'm wondering how people are getting the equipment for the self assessment to patients (e.g., BP cuff, scales, measuring boards, tape measurers, etc.). Are patient/parents picking them up at the clinic? Are you purchasing them and then mailing them to patients? Are you having them sent directly to the patient by Amazon or a medical supply company? If so, what companies are you using? What do folks think is the safest way to get patients/parents this equipment?
