Hi!
I am trying to create a group in Centering Counts and can't. The problem is that the drop down for the "Centering Mode" doesn't provide me with Parenting or Pregnancy as an option and therefore can't create a group. Help!

Hi Lupe! It sounds like we don't have your particular model(s) of Centering correctly activated in our system. This is an easy fix I do for you right away. What site are you with and are you doing CPreg, CPar or both?

Actually I just figured out you're from La Clinica. You have CPar set up for North Vallejo and CPreg set up for Great Beginnings. The only other thing I can think of us that your user status may not be "full access," can you check with your CenteringCounts lead? That might be Diana...
