The National Collaborative for Health Equity (NCHE) received a W.K. Kellogg Foundation grant to continue their work nationally and in selected communities.
There is a call to action in the U.S. to improve our health outcomes and that can only happen by overcoming disparities in health outcomes.
CenteringPregnancy has been demonstrated to flatten disparities in studies, so we know it can be done AND we know how to do it.
