We recently updated the cost savings related to preterm births avoided if your actual is better than your baseline. The citation on your Annual Report has also been updated: Updating National Preterm Birth Costs to 2016 with separate Estimates for individual states, final reports to the March of Dimes, Normon J Waitzman, PhD and Ali Jalali, PhD. the total cost in 2016, including medical costs of children, medical costs of maternal delivery, early intervention and special education services and last labor market productivity, totaled $25.2 billion, or an average of $64,815 per preterm birth.
