From our IT expert: "A common theme I am noticing with the recent reports of issues is users reporting using Microsoft Edge. What isn't clear is if they're using the older version or the newer version (two very different browsers). There may be some compatibility issues with the older one. The error this user reported is the notification that their password expired and they need to change it. I got that myself when I logged in yesterday and it worked just fine for me. It seems to me that it may be a browser issue or perhaps a script being blocked. I would suggest trying Google Chrome or Firefox and see if the issue persists. If it works, I'd like to get more information about which version of Edge is being used so we can understand what the compatibility issue is or recommend not using it."
