How many facilitators at your site are interested in the one-day Advanced Facilitation workshop? If we have at least ten people in Michigan, we can identify a convenient city and date for the workshop and arrange one. Thanks for your feedback.

What is the criteria to be able to attend an advanced facilitation workshop?

Patricia, at a minimum participants need to have completed a Basic Facilitation Workshop. We also prefer that they have actually facilitated at least 6-10 group cohorts to establish a baseline of experience.

John, by group cohorts do you mean sessions from a group or 6-10 full groups?

I mean full groups. This is not a hard, fast rule; it's more common sense. It helps to have a good base of experience in order to get the most from the advanced training. Note that we do not turn away people from advanced training for having less experience than this.

Duly noted, thanks Chelsey! We'll start headcounting again for this summer.
