Activities from recent in-person regional meetings - might we adapt these for a virtual meeting exercise?
• Barriers to enrolling in Centering: identify the most common barriers woman put up to enrolling in Centering. Discuss Ask/Affirm/Offer strategy to overcome barriers. Take top # barriers and break into groups of 5-8 to come up with strategies to overcome each. Return to group for role play report back.
• Facilitation dilemmas: identify challenging facilitation scenarios and break into groups of 5-8 to list strategies to handle each. Return to group for report back.
• Putting stories into action: How do we use the wonderful stories we hear from our Centering participants to increase buy-in for and enrollment in Centering? Review vehicles and tactics for storytelling and use 30 second and 1 minute storytelling dyad exercise to create interesting pitches.
• Ideas for other virtual exercises?
