Hello Centering champions, I am sharing information about an important resource hosted by our colleagues at the Brazelton Touchpoints Center. “Family-to-Family Real Talk” is a series of 6-part conversations including Parenting While Black, LGBTQ+, Latinx, and Developmental Challenges series. Parenting While Black is the first of the series to launch, with the others being planned and scheduled now. Parenting While Black is designed to be a safe and welcoming space to hold conversations for and by Black families. Here’s the link for more information and to register: www.brazeltontouchpoints.org/familytalk/parenting-while-black-2022/The six-part series kicks-off on Monday, March 7, 2022, and will be held every other Monday, from 3 to 4:30 PM ET / 12 to 1:30 PM PT, through May 16, 2022. All webinars are 1 hour followed by a 30-minute Q&A session with our parent panelists. The first of the six parts includes Dr. Iheoma Iruka and Dr. Ed Green.
