Thank you Tanya for getting this together. It was really great to hear from other care sites about how their programs work and I think having this connection will help me problem solve as I try to address our barriers here at Eskenazi Health. It will also be nice to have information about these other care sites as I talk to leadership about sustainable funding for the the groups.
Thanks to everyone who participated today and I hope everyone uses this forum and CenteringConnects as a way to stay connected between consortium meetings!
