Hello,
I hope this finds each of you doing well. We are looking forward to the October 26th NC CenteringPregnancy Consortium meeting here in Winston Salem. We will be meeting at the Wake Forest Biotech Place located at 575 N. Patterson Avenue Winston-Salem, NC 27101. Attached are two documents one for directions and one for parking options near the facility. We will be meeting in room 153A&B, which is located on the first floor. Please use the following link to register to attend (no cost for attending) and to select your FREE lunch: October 26th NC CenteringPregnancy Consortium Registration Link by close of business on Tuesday, October 18th.
We would like to try something new for this meeting. Historically sites that have participated in the meeting provided attendees with a description of what their site is like, any updates, successes and challenges they wanted to share. For the October 26th meeting, we would like to ask that participating CenteringPregnancy sites send their updates to me at allwood@nwcommunitycare.org by October 19th so that we can distribute them to everyone ahead of time, allowing for more time during the meeting for other topics. We are asking that you consider adding the following information to your site update document: When did you start Centering at your site?; How many groups have you completed?; Type and size of setting (i.e number of providers/number of groups per month); Funding/Sustainability; Current Challenges; Special Focus/Recent Changes/Plans for the future.
The tentative agenda for the day is below:
