Could everyone share with us the amount of time you estimate that you spend preparing or finishing your charting on group patients?

We currently have several groups running. We have a check in-sheet we use to open charts we check labs , us done or needed, previous wt , immunizations needed or if rh needed. This takes about 60-90 min depending on the amt of pts we have in groups. When we close we schedule future appts and document education, update medication lists and immunizations given and any current allergies.We also document tobacco usage . It takes us about 30 minutes to close charts. Our medical providers review our reports before centering for about 30 minutes and after they add chart notes and pts vitals it also takes them about 30 to 40 Centering Self Assesment.docx (23.3 KB) minutes to close. |
