I would like to see if anyone is interested in working together to bring a trainer to Ohio for the basic Centering Pregnancy training. I have several employees I would like to go through the training, but don't want to send them to Chicago or Boston. I had worked with another group several years ago and we were able to share the cost of the training.
Please let me know if you have an interest.

Hi Janet,
Molly and I will keep our ears open for any other OH sites that have folks to be trained, too. CHI could bring a 15 person workshop with commitment from 12 people and open up the other seats for general sale online. I hope others join this discussion soon!

I am interested in Centering because: I feel it is the best way to get pregnancy care! Especially seeing how teens are with the model!

Where in Ohio are you located? We are in Youngstown and we have some staff members who are interested in attending training.

Our practice is Dayton, Ohio. I am willing to host the training in our facility if we have enough people interested to support the cost of the training.

We are in Youngstown so Dayton is a bit of a drive for us. However, if you are able to host and have some extra spots please let us know and we may be able to send a few people. |

I'm looking to have someone trained and need it to be sooner than later... are there any sites having a basic training that could add 1 person? We are in Columbus, but anywhere in Ohio would be doable

We're waiting for all of the OH people to respond before opening it up to other states. Spectrum is on our radar. We'll let you know if there is space.

Hello, all. Wanted to pick this thread up and see if we can generate enough interest to bring a basic facilitation training to Ohio. We have at least 3 from our site would go. Together, do we have enough need for at least 9 more spots? Thanks!

Good news! jbwt77 at Nationwide Children's is looking into hosting a training in Columbus for three new sites starting up soon. I will keep you all posted if it turns out that there will be extra seats for other local sites! |
