We are in growth mode! We are searching for a Chief Operating Officer that will play a critical role in strategic planning for growth. S/he will oversee all operational areas including finance, technology, HR, and office management. S/he will coordinate the management team that creates the Strategic Growth plan for the organization, work closely with the CEO and other members of the team in both shaping and implementing the plan, and help in developing and expanding of all operating aspects to support CHI’s work and initiatives.
