I am curious how other practices handle the frequency of visits and group schedules after 36wks when most patients in individual care would be seen weekly. Is there any recommendation from CHI on how to handle visit frequency after 36wks? Thanks in advance for your feedback!

Our default is to do individual visits in between the q2 week centering visits. But I also leave it to my provider's discretion. Depending on the course of the pregnancy, some of my providers just skip the weekly visits and keep them in the q2 rotation until delivery.

Thank you! Both of these responses were helpful! I'm going to discuss this further with our team.

Hello,
We typically continue the every 2 week sessions after 36 weeks until delivery. If patients need to be seen more often or would like to, we fit them into the provider's schedule outside of Centeirng.
Thanks!
