Hi! We were going to use Adobe Connect, but now we will use WebEx. (Just need to get the green light from management.) However, we will not have an actual group visit at this time. Providers are pretty busy managing other tasks. But when things settle some that would be the goal. Until then, I am hoping to facilitate a peer group for Centering groups that have been suspended, and even hopefully for a PP Reunion. Patients have requested this and have been excited about the idea when I have presented it to them. I am hoping to do it on the days and times when the groups were scheduled for. Hope this all makes sense. I am so thrilled to see this, and feel less alone in my endeavor!

Wishing everyone the best!
This was sent to me...
"Today, the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) at the U.S Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced, effective immediately, that it will exercise its enforcement discretion and will waive potential penalties for HIPAA violations against health care providers that serve patients through everyday communications technologies during the COVID-19 nationwide public health emergency."
Was told by a colleague that [this] "makes me breathe a sigh of relief in case we don’t think of every possible communication contingency before we launch our virtual classes." Link below:
